Glamorgan Sausages (courtesy of Little Qualicum Cheeseworks) dab of butter
1/4 cup chopped leaks
1/2 cup Caerphilly cheese
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
2 eggs
milk to moisten
salt & pepper to taste
1. Melt butter in pan and gently heat leeks to soften.
2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, adding just enough milk to moisten.
3. Shape into sausages.
4. Dust lightly with flour and fry until golden brown.
5. Serves well with chutney. |
