Dear Craig Little,
I am writing to say thank you to the staff at Arbutus Mill Bay for the amazing experience we had purchasing our new fifth wheel trailer. To say the staff was helpful doesn’t say it all.
From the minute we walked on the lot Gary Gladman our salesman was amazing. He walked around with us all the while chatting and listening to us as to what our plans and dreams were all about.
We told him no fifth wheel, they were just too big. We wanted a larger trailer, we owned an 18 foot Pioneer and needed something larger so that we could spend our retirement years wandering around. Gary was very patient as we looked at about 30 different units over a period of 3 weeks. I expected Gary to get tired of seeing us, but no, each time we returned he was there with more ideas. Finally he sat us down in the closest trailer we could find and said he had figured out what we really were looking for and would we give him the chance of showing us what we really needed. We would have to keep an open mind but he was convinced he had the exact unit for us.
We started looking at 5th wheels. The first was wonderful, but not quite right, the second a little better and then into the Jazz 2870UK and we were sold. It was exactly what we wanted. Kitchen in the rear, lower profile and large living space. Gary left us alone to chat and let us make that all important decision, as always no pressure. In the end the decision was easy to make. Gary’s patience and professionalism ensured our satisfaction for the present and well into the future. We have told many of our amazing experience and will continue to pass on this story.
It is a unique experience to deal with someone in the RV Sales industry that is a true professional, that identifies himself as a professional RV Salesman.

Once our selection was made Brian hammered out a fair deal, Bonnie found us the best financing and insurance protection. The service staff delivered and set up our unit in the middle of the “winter” that had descended on Vancouver Island last December. When a minor leak occurred the service department sent out the technician to our site and fixed the problem in a very timely manner.
A fridge issue sent the whole service department running to our aid. Mike the gas technician even loaned us his bar fridge to tide us over until the glitch was found. Wilf, Kirby and Rolf are truly amazing gentlemen and concerned enough about our comfort and satisfaction to check in with us to make sure everything is still working well. Bruce and Rick are those friendly voices on the other end of the phone.
What started out with Gary being such an amazing help and friend in our purchase has cemented our respect for such a great team. In closing we wish to say that you should be very proud of the staff at Arbutus RV Mill Bay. They are a very “unique” group. They have frequently counselled us on the difference between essentials, options and gizmos and we thank them for that.
We are happy Jazz owners thanks to Gary Gladman and all the Arbutus RV Mill Bay Staff.
