We recently purchased a 2012 Lance 1575 from Arbutus in Port Alberni and are writing to comment on our experience.
Seldom these days have we encountered the exceptional level of service provided by the staff in Port Alberni. We would specifically like to mention our salesman Peter Munton who was extremely pleasant and did not pressure us in any way.
The Service Department went above and beyond to get us under way…..were thorough and patient while giving us an orientation to our RV and in trouble-shooting a wiring issue. All the while coping with the overbearing Port Alberni heat.
We hope that you will recognize these outstanding employees in some way and trust that the level of service they have all offered is appreciated by the company.
