As an Ontarian visiting Vancouver Island today I wish to comment on my visit to your Merville location.
It was a beautiful Friday afternoon and I went to your store for a new propane leak from my Bigfoot camper.
I was promptly greeted and instructed to back my truck/camper into place. This was much appreciated since the store was busy and it was 3PM on a Friday
The office service desk process was without delay and the service person quickly diagnosed the problem. The repair was immediate and I was out in an hour, very reassured that a serious propane leak was professionally repaired plus my entire propane pressures were tested to be sure of no other source of propane leak.
I thus wish to thank your staff for treating me so well and I congratulate you and your entire team for the professionalism and great service that they exhibited.

We had an awesome first outing with our Allegro (Pearl) motorhome. We saw some beautiful country, met a couple of great young travellers, dodged a hail storm and a forest fire in Alberta and I watched Pica make a 60ft. putt.
To all the gang at Arbutus, Mill Bay, we’ve been totally impressed by your continued friendly service and handling of our needs.
