Cocktail Time Cake
Simply the easiest cake you will ever make…
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1 14oz can Fruit Cocktail
- Small amount brown or yellow sugar and nuts (chopped nuts optional)
Mix together dry ingredients, add fruit cocktail and egg; put into greased 9×9 (8×8 will work) pan.
Sprinkle sugar/nuts over cake. Bake @375 for 25-30min
Serve with your favourite ice cream.
