Gerald,
We just wanted to send you a quick email to sing the praises of Jack, Al and Lorne.

We recently bought a Citation from your Arbutus in Mill Bay and we were impressed with the customer service we received.

Lorne was delightful to work with, warm and helpful – he worked with us and our crazy deadlines, which we greatly appreciated. I asked him a lot of questions, all of which he answered patiently and kindly. Thank you.

Al did our “walk through”– he was very informative and patient with us as we learnt about our new RV. He helped to build our confidence about different things and offered some very helpful tips. He has a great sense of humor and we had a few questions the first weekend we were using the trailer so we called back to ask him and he was great walking us through what we couldn’t figure out. Thank you.

Jack was a delight to work with; he too was very patient and helpful. He worked with us to line our trailer up until it was “just right”. He too walked us through a number of things and made sure we were really happy with everything before he left. Thank you

I know all your staff is busy and have other customers to serve but I appreciate that none of them rushed us, took each of our concerns and questions seriously and patiently helped us along our way.

My parents have been buying RV’s from Arbutus for as long as I can remember (this is our first RV purchase) we now know why they were loyal customers, the service of these three men have convinced us.
