just got home and to my voicemails now – thanks for following up. We picked up camper on Wednesday afternoon after belly bars were installed and the guys in Courtenay were very helpful in going over loading/unloading camper. All roof penetrations are resealed so my mind is now at ease with not having to worry about leak issues – so all is good and my wife and I are super excited to get out and try the unit out.
Overall, very happy with our purchase and the service you guys have provided.
