Pathfinder Camp Resorts Parksville – 380 Martindale Rd, Parksville, BC

New on the block, this season is Pathfinder Camp Resorts Parksville. Located on the Englishman River in the heart of Parksville, you may recognize this location as the former Parry’s RV Park. Parry’s was always a must-stop for families, and the Pathfinder group has elevated the experience.

You’ll enjoy a heated swimming pool, clean bathrooms with hot showers, laundry, a children’s playground, and much more. The Englishman River has both deep and shallow swimming holes, and a beach—providing hours of fun for young and old.

For the full RV experience, you’ll find 128 full hook-up sites, and just outside the campground, you’ll be in downtown Parksville, with all the amenities you’ll ever need, plus, one of British Columbia’s most beautiful beaches, which also happens to be home to the world-famous sand castle competition!

China Creek Campground – 2011 Franklin River Rd, Port Alberni, BC

Right in the heart of Vancouver Island, you’ll find an oasis in Port Alberni. China Creek Campground offers 250 full and partial service tent and RV sites with forest or beach views, children’s playground, washrooms, showers, and laundry facilities.

Most will recognize this as the home of Sunfest and Laketown Rocks music festivals, but new for 2021 they have opened a new campground on the property. Just a short drive from Nanaimo or Victoria, you’ll find yourself nestled amongst the forest and rolling pastures of the beautiful upper level of the ranch, the grounds are the ideal camping location for families, groups and those simply looking for a quiet escape.

Stay on the property and enjoy activities such as hiking, biking, and more or head out for a day trip to explore the lake and all the other wonders the area has to offer. On selected nights you’ll be able to enjoy live music, food and good company in the camp village.
